今天室内温度36，午休起来，浑身无力，毛毛趴在瓷砖上似乎也没睡着。不得已打开空调，一边吃中饭，一边听青音往年的节目，是对播音艺术家方明的采访。 方明老师初中毕业之后，学习无线电技术，两年之后机缘巧合走上播音之路，受制于文化水平，最初也是困难重重，但他在工作中刻苦学习，把每一篇稿件都当作教材，吃透背后的知识，终成一代大师。

To be really happy and really safe, one ought to have at least two or three hobbies, and they must all be real. It is no use starting late in life to say: “I will take an interest in this or that.” Such an attempt only aggravates the strain of mental effort. A man may acquire great knowledge of topics
